Become a Supported Organization
Funding for Education in Denver
The nonprofits that receive reimbursement from Prosperity Denver Fund are what we call Supported Organizations. Here’s how you can become one of them.
Apply for Eligibility
Apply any time to see if your 501(c)3 organization is eligible for reimbursement. See all of the requirements here.
Request Reimbursement
If your organization qualifies, we’ll notify you of your next opportunity to be reimbursed for the previous academic year’s scholarships. Read all the requirements here.
Submit Annual Reports
Once reimbursements are distributed, Supported Organizations are required to submit annual reports demonstrating their use of resources from the Fund.
Step One: Apply for Eligibility
You could be reimbursed for up to 75% of your scholarship costs.
If your organization provides support services as well, you may be eligible to have those costs covered, too.

- Organizations must currently be in good standing and registered with Colorado Secretary of State
- Organizations must have been in existence for at least 3 years
- Organization must hold 501(c)3 nonprofit status

Step Two: Request Reimbursement
Distributions occur twice annually, providing reimbursement for scholarships awarded in the previous academic year.
The students your scholarships support must meet requirements regarding income, residency, age, and satisfactory academic progress. Learn more about what this means here. Even if you don’t have eligible students this year, you might next year. Submit an eligibility application now to expedite the process.
