We’re excited to announce that Prosperity Denver Fund is currently accepting Eligibility Applications for our second-ever distribution of funds to Supported Organizations (SOs).
Twice a year we issue scholarship and academic support service reimbursements to SOs, with a rolling Eligibility Application process throughout the year.
Once accepted, SOs can apply for up to a 75 percent reimbursement for scholarships, as well as reimbursement for support services offered to their scholars. While this current eligibility period is for participation in the Fall 2020 disbursement, nonprofits may apply for future eligibility at any time.
In order to become an SO, nonprofits must also show that they:
- Provide scholarships to Denver students for post-secondary education;
- Are in good standing and registered with Colorado Secretary of State;
- Have been in existence for at least 3 years;
- Hold nonprofit status; and,
- Are unaffiliated with a post-secondary institution.

The Eligibility Application deadline for the Fall 2020 distribution is August 28, and distributions will be announced by the end of November 2020. If you are an existing SO, then our team will reach out to you with instructions on how to submit your request for reimbursement.
