Credentials Program
Reimbursement Resources for Eligible Organizations
The Credentials Program reimburses qualifying nonprofit organizations up to 75% for eligible training and support service costs for learners pursuing registered apprenticeships, teacher training credentials, and industry-recognized credentials. Please find details for the 2024 fall distribution schedule below.

9/5 Validation of Training Pathways Form opens
9/20 Validation of Training Pathways Form is due
9/30 Credentials Submission Period Opens
9/30 3:00-4:00 PM: Credentials Program Training Webinar (Zoom link)
10/3 10:00-11:00 AM: Credentials Program Training Webinar (Zoom link)
10/16 Credentials Reimbursement Submission Period Closes (EOD)
10/24 Credentials Submission Confirmation Sent
11/13 Review of Reimbursements at PDF Board Meeting
11/15 Reimbursements Distributed via ACH; payments hit bank accounts within 2 business days
11/16 Reimbursement Summaries and Feedback Survey Sent
