Jason Wardrip, Board Member
Jason Wardrip is a Colorado native. He spent his early years in Sterling, CO before moving to Denver with his family. He attended St. James, Smiley Middle School and Manual High School before he received his GED from Emily Griffith Opportunity School.
Jason started his professional career in 1996 with Sheet Metal Worker Local #9 as a union apprentice, worked for Air Systems and completed his apprenticeship in 2000. He subsequently moved into leadership positions with the Sheet Metal Workers union. Since 2017 Jason has served as the business manager for the Colorado Building and Construction Trades Council. The Council represents fourteen crafts and twenty-four local unions in construction, across the state of Colorado, including support for registered apprenticeship programs.
