Collegiate Program
Reimbursement Resources for Eligible Organizations

The Collegiate Scholarship and Support Services Reimbursement Program reimburses qualifying nonprofit organizations up to 75% for eligible scholarships applied to a 2yr or 4yr collegiate degree program and also reimburses support services offered to the scholarship recipients. Please find details for the 2024 fall distribution schedule below.

9/10      Collegiate Support Services Submission Opens

9/10      10:00-11:00 AM: Collegiate Support Services Training Webinar (Zoom link)

9/20      Collegiate Scholarship Submission Closes

9/27      Collegiate Support Services Submission Closes 

11/13    Review of Reimbursements at PDF Board Meeting

11/15    Reimbursements Distributed via ACH; payments hit bank accounts within 2 business days

IMPORTANT: All requests for reimbursement must be reviewed and confirmed by a second staff member at the Supported Organization before being submitted to PDF.
